On Thursday 14th June we had a great visit to Manchester museum of science and industry.
We saw a great show all about science in Manchester and found out that at the first railway opening a man had his leg cut off! We got to see how a steam engine worked and were very excited when it was switched on.
in our teaching session we learnt all about cogs and gears in the first bikes.
One of our favorite places to visit was the air and space hall, lots of us were fascinated by the planes.
After lunch we went to explore the experiment room which was full of brilliant hands on activities.
It was a great day and class 1 were by far the best of all the schools that were at the museum that day.
