Warrington Museum

On Monday 23rd March we had an amazing visit to Warrington Museum. The children were incredibly enthusiastic, excited and well behaved. We began our day with a look at some real dinosaur fossils, getting to hold the horns from a Triceratops, a plate from a Stegasourus, the jaw of a Tyrannosaurus- Rex and even some fosillised dinosaur poo!

We then did a selection of activities set up for us in the museum and made our very own clay fossils.

After a well earned lunch we explored  the rest of the museum, we didnt get chance to visit everywhere as the children were so engaged in everything from the curiosity cupboards to the mummy of a young boy.

It was an excellent trip and the children all wanted to go back again!
